Shipping Policy 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. All orders are processed and delivered Monday - Saturday. A recipient's signature is required to ensure secure delivery. 

Domestic orders (Thailand only)

  • We provide free shipping for all orders from THAILAND.
  • 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are shipped via Kerry express. if shipped before 2 pm (Thai time) You can expect to receive it by the next day.
  • The delivery might be affected during the sales and holiday period. For any special request, kindly contact with us qujami@gmail.com

 International orders (Rest of the world)

  • Order over 3,000B is free shipping. 
  • We charge the shipping cost based on the destination and weight. 
  • Our checkout process will calculate them accordingly.
  • Orders are shipped via Thailand post before 2 pm( THAI TIME GMT+7) Monday-Friday with e-packet or small packet air with registered.
  • You can expect to receive your purchase within 3-14 business days (depends on your country)  after your order has been accepted.
  • A recipient signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

  • If you have not received your ordered items within the allocated timeframe, please email us ( qujami@gmail.com ) with your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
  • Qujami s not responsible for any delays caused by customs. Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.

Tax & Duties fees (For international customers)

  • Please note That the total price displayed at your checkout does not include tax and duties fees. Such fees might be charged upon arrival in some countries due to the legislation of your country with a different amount.

 

Returns policy 

It is very important to us that you are happy with your items!

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

for any reason, you are not happy with your order or would like a different size or style, you will need to follow the returns process for a store credit and repurchase the new item. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (No damage, no scratch, all in perfect conditions)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Bikini, Swimwear, Underwear, Bra all intimate items.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Items on limited time promotions or purchased with a discount voucher code are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
  • Qujami retail store purchases cannot be returned to our online shop.
  • Items purchased from the consigned retail store, cannot be returned or refunded back to the company due to the separate stock and billing system. Please contact the shop where you purchases.

Important:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer with out notice.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, plus any applicable duties or taxes.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

  • We will only refund in case of manufacturing damage or Defect that not have stock to replacement.

We only replace items if they are manufacturing defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it send us an email first at qujami@gmail.com and send your item to

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
