Returns & Refund
It is very important to us that you are happy with your items!
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
for any reason, you are not happy with your order or would like a different size or style, you will need to follow the returns process for a store credit and repurchase the new item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (No damage, no scratch, all in perfect conditions)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Bikini, Swimwear, Underwear, Bra all intimate items.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Items on limited time promotions or purchased with a discount voucher code are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
- Qujami retail store purchases cannot be returned to our online shop.
- Items purchased from the consigned retail store, cannot be returned or refunded back to the company due to the separate stock and billing system. Please contact the shop where you purchases.
IMPORTANT:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer with out notice.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, plus any applicable duties or taxes.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- We will only refund in case of manufacturing damage or Defect that not have stock to replacement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
